Melissa McGonegle, an education leader with over 20 years of experience, founded Deeply Rooted Talent Solutions to increase her impact locally, at a time when her work focused nationally. Over time, she has built a business to respond to a growing need: pouring into people so that they can do the work instead of outsourcing it. After seeing many non-profits hire consultants that became an annual expense, Melissa’s vision is a bit different. She wants to put herself out of work by building up your internal resources!
She has spent her career building organizations and leadership systems from the ground up—from founding schools to supporting principal pipelines that now impact thousands of students across the country.
